Station Casinos × Lemo · Rewards Integration 2026
Your guests are already earning points for the spa. Give them somewhere to burn them in fifteen minutes.
A professional-grade recovery chair on the floor at every Station destination, unlocked by a Boarding Pass tap and paid for in Reward Points. Lemo owns the hardware, installs it, and services it. Station adds one line to the redemption catalog.

- Zero capital
- Zero labor
- Zero booking window
- Every session is a carded visit
Seven destinations. One rollout.
The hardware
A recovery chair that reads as amenity, not equipment.
Built to sit inside a casino floor plan without a clinical cue in sight. No noise, no attendant, no construction. 120V plug-and-play, UL-certified, low energy draw. Guests tap in with the Boarding Pass, recline, and recover.

The insight
Station already redeems points for spa. This is the same category with none of the cost.
The catalog already exists.
Reward Points are already redeemable at spas and salons, and Tier Credits already accrue on non-gaming amenity spend. This isn't a systems change. It's a merchandising decision.
Points are a liability, not a perk.
Every unredeemed point sits on the balance sheet. Recovery retires that liability at a lower cash cost than dining, spa, or free play — and it's the only one of the three that sends the guest back to the floor instead of out the door.
The gap on the locals floor.
Recovery is one of the fastest-growing categories in US wellness and it has not been built into the locals casino, where dwell time is the entire business model.
How it works
Four steps, and only one of them is yours.
Lemo installs.
We supply, deliver, own, and insure every unit. No construction, no IT integration, no structural work, no gaming device classification. Signed to first session in 2–4 weeks.
The chair reads the Boarding Pass.
Read-only card identification at the unit. No connection to any gaming system. The guest taps, the session unlocks, the points are debited.
Station sets the points price.
You price the session in Reward Points at your own discretion, exactly as you price a spa or dining redemption. Lemo bills you a fixed wholesale rate per session delivered.
One invoice, one dashboard.
Sessions by property, by tier, by daypart, live. Reconciled and invoiced monthly.
The mechanic
Carded guests redeem. Everyone else pays cash.
Points redemption
The guest taps their Boarding Pass and spends Reward Points. Station is invoiced the wholesale session rate. The guest pays nothing at the chair. Every one of these is an attributable, carded visit.
Cash session
Uncarded guests, or carded guests who'd rather keep their points, pay at the chair: $10 for 10 minutes, $15 for 15, $20 for 25. Station keeps 20% of every cash session with no cost of goods at all.
The same unit serves both. Nothing about the install changes, and no traffic goes unmonetized.
The economics
What it costs you, and what it returns.
| Session | Guest-facing value | Station pays Lemo |
|---|---|---|
| 10 minutes | $10 | $4 |
| 15 minutes | $15 | $6 |
| 25 minutes | $20 | $8 |
Rates held flat across all properties and all tiers. Set in the partnership agreement.
| Redeemed as | Station's real cost | Consumes | Guest afterward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spa service | Therapist labor + treatment room + booking window | A sellable room slot | Leaves the property |
| Restaurant comp | Food cost + service labor | A table | Slows down |
| Free play | Displaced gaming revenue | Nothing | Stays on the same machine |
| Lemo session | $6, flat | Nothing | Returns to the floor |

Why it matters
The revenue is the smallest reason to say yes.
Every session is a carded visit.
The chair requires a Boarding Pass tap to unlock. Sessions become attributable visit data, not anonymous foot traffic.
Liability retired at a discount.
Unredeemed points are a balance-sheet obligation. This burns them down at a lower cash cost than any comparable redemption in the catalog.
Dwell time, and the right kind.
A fifteen-minute session is fifteen more minutes on property. Unlike a spa appointment, it ends with the guest back on the floor rather than in the parking garage.
A tier benefit that costs almost nothing.
Complimentary sessions for Platinum, President, and Chairman are a differentiator with near-zero marginal cost per guest.
A new reinvestment tool for Player Development.
Hosts get a comp that carries real perceived value at a fraction of the cost of a spa hour, with no appointment to arrange.
Non-gaming behavioral data by tier.
Session volume by property, tier, and daypart feeds directly into the CRM and reveals amenity preference the floor systems can't see.
A category your competitors can't match.
The other major locals operator awards points on gaming spend only — no restaurants, no spas, no amenities. Station's amenity-earning program can do something theirs structurally cannot.
Team member retention.
The same units in back-of-house dining cost less per head than nearly anything on the benefits sheet, at a company whose reputation is built on how it treats its people.
Optics that hold up.
A non-gaming break amenity on the floor is consistent with existing responsible gaming commitments, not in tension with them.

The offer
Two properties. Ninety days. Then decide.
Pick two destinations and three chairs each. We install inside four weeks and run a ninety-day read on session volume, tier mix, and redemption rate. If the numbers don't hold, we pull the units at our cost. If they do, we roll the remaining five destinations on the same terms.
